We first met Tash—an international influencer, business mogul, and genuinely generous spirit—when she visited us for her first Essential Ritual earlier in 2024. Since then, she’s become a beloved member of our Sage Space community.
We adore when she prioritises her biannual rituals, turning them into powerful acts of self-care. We chatted with Tash to learn more about her journey to success, her daily rituals, and what keeps her motivated.
How does it feel to be a person of influence? What pressures come with that?
I’ve been doing this a while now and it still shocks me that people are interested in my day to day haha. There are no doubt pressures to constantly be posting and checking in and filming every aspect of your life and to just keep on generating the never ending content. But I love what I do and I am still so honoured to have this platform.
How has your journey been so far?
It’s been a ride haha and non-stop really! I’m grateful for the journey always as everything, all the many ups and the many downs, has brought me to where I am today and the beautiful life I am living.
WHAT’S A PHRASE OR IDEA THAT KEEPS YOU GOING/MOTIVATED IN THOSE TOUGH TIMES?
Appreciate the little things and the big things will come - celebrate every win no matter how small it is. Positive energy attracts and what is meant to be, will be!

My husband :) every day!
What are you thankful for in life?
It’s broad but really, I’m thankful for the beautiful life I have created and for my beautiful family and friends.
What words of advice can you give others looking to create their own brand/business etc?
Read my book, Excessively Obsessed! I poured my heart and soul into creating this business guide for aspiring entrepreneurs.
What is your most beautiful thing in life?
Honestly, nature! I just love and feel so happy when I am in nature haha.
Rituals
What is a morning ritual you live by?
A TPC (The Pilates Class) workout, my ice-roller + hydration!
What is your oral health ritual?
Simple but effective! Floss (!!) and brush teeth with my electric toothbrush. This all is a part of my wider skincare ritual morning and night. I try to limit caffeine intake to avoid staining and if I ever do need a little whitening boost, I use at-home whitening strips!
How do you switch off at the end of the day?
I usually like to cook a nice meal with my husband. Cooking really is therapeutic to me and one of the times where I can really switch off. After dinner, I put on my yellow-light glasses if we’re watching TV, drink a herbal tea and maybe some chocolate (90%) and I usually try to have no phone time between dinner and bed.
