Originally from Manchester, England and now settled in Sydney, Lauren brings a refreshing mix of care, calm, and candour to our clinic. I'm Lauren! I'm originally from Manchester, England, now living in Sydney.
How has your journey been so far?
Well, time flies when you're having fun, right? I'm super grateful to be a part of the Sage Space team. Everything about this space has everyone in mind—making it easy as a clinician to work to the highest standard, while also making it comfortable for our patients.
What makes you smile?
Yoga, slow mornings, coffee, the outdoors, and music!
What are you thankful for in life?
My relationships with friends and my family.
Daily Health Rituals
What is a morning ritual you live by?
Journaling in the morning is non-negotiable, and I’m trying to be consistent with meditations. I try to get out in the sunlight as soon as I can—walking or cycling to work. And of course, I never forget the essential: coffee!
What is your oral health ritual?
Water flosser/floss four times a week (don’t tell my dentist!), and using an Oral-B electric toothbrush twice daily.
How do you switch off at the end of the day?
Walking home, cooking a banging meal, and putting on a LOT radio mix.

Severance! I am hooked—and I don't know if I’m able to wait another two years for season three...
What podcast are you inspired by?
I love Fashion Neurosis at the moment. I find Bella Freud’s voice so calming. She asks great questions and interviews such inspiring artists.
